Mobility, stability, and coordination, including integration, are exercised much more clearly on board the MTD.
MTD is a very suitable equipment for mobility and strengthening work in the shoulder girdle. The combination of mobility and stability provides an optimal level of coordination.
At the level of the spinal column, it allows for a wide range of motion without compromising safety and with the spine unloaded. Rotational, flexion, and extension movements, as well as lateral flexion, are possible to work by isolating levels of the column according to each restriction.
When we work on the Core, we can regulate the intensity of the effort according to the different possible positions on the MTD. We can work in four supports, lateral positions, prone and standing position, adjusting both the range of motion and the intensity of the exercise.
It is an ideal complement to train focused on rotational sports with high demands for the shoulder girdle.
