Stable base air platform for functional training that allows versatile training to improve flexibility, stability and balance. You can work with both sides of the Air Step according to the area where we want to increase muscle strength.

The anti-breakage nylon base with rubber feet ensures great stability and prevents slipping. In addition, the Air Step is attached to the base with more than 30 fasteners, which makes separation impossible. Includes elastic handles to perform many extra exercises.

To ensure stability, it is recommended that the load does not exceed 120 kg.
